The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Our Shipping Policy forms part of and must be read in conjunction with, our Terms and Conditions of Sale. We reserve the right to change this Shipping Policy at any time.

Shipment processing time

 We aim to process all orders on the same working day before 3pm and next working day after 3pm. Due to Royal Mail conditions we can only ship orders placed and processed before 2pm the same day, orders placed after this time will be processed same day, shipped the following morning(Subject to stock, if products are out of stock please allow 1-3 day for your order to be processed and shipped. you will be notified via email). All orders are shipped Monday to Friday. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or Bank Holidays. Orders can occasionally be delivered on Saturdays, depending on your local depot shipment volumes.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Store collection is available, we aim to have orders ready for collection within 1 hour subject to stock levels. If goods are not in stock we will contact you to let you know, in which case please allow 1-3 days.
Orders placed after 5pm will be processed the following working day. We will contact you to advise status of goods.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur. We, as well as all our delivery partners, work as hard as we can to get your products out to you as fast as possible.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Cheeky Smoke Lancing Ltd is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).Currently we ship to the UK Mainland only.

Damages/Lost Deliveries

Cheeky Smoke Lancing Ltd is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However,we will try to assist where we are able to, so please contact us in the first instance
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
